Founded in 2023 by industry experts Justin Ventura and Andrew Reeves, Digital Crisis Management (DCM) has become a trusted partner to companies and high-net-worth individuals across the United States. With more than a decade of experience each as reputation management consultants, Justin and Andrew launched DCM in their hometown of Miami, Florida to deliver a more hands-on, strategic approach to digital crisis and reputation management.

After years in the industry, they recognized significant gaps in the traditional ORM landscape—namely, large firms offering one-size-fits-all solutions, inflated pricing, and limited accountability.
