Our Story

Founded in 2023 by industry experts Justin Ventura and Andrew Reeves, Digital Crisis Management (DCM) has become a trusted partner to companies and high-net-worth individuals across the United States. With more than a decade of experience each as reputation management consultants serving Fortune 500 executives and enterprise level businesses, Justin and Andrew launched DCM to deliver a more hands-on, strategic approach to digital crisis and reputation management.

After years in the industry, they recognized significant gaps in the traditional ORM landscape, which were, large firms offering one-size-fits-all solutions, inflated pricing, and limited accountability. DCM was created to challenge that model by providing thoughtful, tailored strategies designed around each client’s unique circumstances and objectives.

For crisis management or reputation management related services, clients retain full flexibility and may cancel at any time if expectations are not being met. In certain cases, we can offer first-page removal or suppression performance based guarantees, subject to a case review.
